Here at Marion Personal Training it is all about helping others as well as your self. A bit of good karma can go a long way. So to make things a bit exciting I came up with this great challenge...
This routine is designed to test your fitness level in Cardio, strength and Core performance and here comes the good part. THE BETTER YOU SCORE THE MORE I WILL DONATE TO THE LEUKAEMIA FOUNDATION.
The routine consists of 5 exercises, each exercise allow you to score points. Here is how it works:
Step 1: Make a donation to the Leukaemia foundation.
Step 2: Do the Fitness challenge.
This is the easy part.
Now, if you score above 100 points, I will donate a extra 5 dollars to the Leukaemia  Foundation !
if you score above 200 points, I will donate a extra 10 dollars to the Leukaemia  Foundation !
Here is the Test.
- Push ups: Every push up will score you 1 point
- Rower 500m: Every second under the 2.30 will score you 1 point
- Pronehold: every 2 seconds above 2 minutes will score you 1 point
- Assited Chin-up 50% bodyweight: every rep will score you 1 point
- Rec bike program 15: every second under the 3 min will score you 1 point
